 Why We Love It: What’s not to love about this smart, single-level plan? Adorned with multiple outdoor areas from a trellised wraparound porch to a covered entryway, the home’s exterior appeal is undeniable. And once you’re inside, you’ll see that the interior spaces are equally beautiful and well designed. Step inside the home and you’re immediately greeted by the sprawling living/dining/kitchen area, which also includes a tucked-away breakfast nook. On one side of the home you’ll find the first of two master suites, complete with its own walk-in closet and bathroom. The right wing houses the second master suite (this one has his-and-hers vanities and a whirlpool tub). You’ll also find room for even more guests, thanks to two additional bedrooms.
